TNT security focuses on local work in and around the western suburbs of Melbourne.  For now at least, we need to keep travel to a minimum to make it more efficient to manage work.  We are able to send trusted technicians to a location that is not in our focused area but it would depend on the scale of the job and whether or not we can work out an alternative for you.

This is usually only a concern for commercial properties with high ceilings however more often than not we can reach those heights with ladders to save you the additional cost.

If your property is near sloping or otherwise unlevel ground and it is not possible to use a ladder then an alternative may be a boom lift or something with a reach that will allow us to overcome such a problem.  

If a scissor lift or boom is required then we will arrange to have an installer with the relevant license attend to operate the lift.  You are more than welcome to arrange for the appropriate type of lift to be there when required but we can also organize it for you.  There is an additional charge to cover hire, delivery and pick up on completion.

Installation:

• You can get a quote in a few ways but the best way is to book an appointment for a TNT installer to visit the property and discuss options and see exactly how the installation can be done.  This will avoid unnecessary surprises on the day of the installation which may incur additional costs that might have been avoided if the work was better planned.
• You can send us photos and describe what you would like to have done and that may be all we need if the information provided is accurate.  We can discuss details over the phone OR if you prefer, by email.  
• Sometimes a property has photos available via a real estate website and that can be useful, but it still wont allow us to determine where the internet is accessed nor the best location for a recorder (NVR) or an Alarm panel.   If your property is on one of these websites then we can use those images available online but you can send us additional photos to highlight locations of the internet and power points etc and that will make the process quick.

Our recommendation is to book a time that will allow us to meet at your property and discuss your needs and options.  There is a $25 fee for quoting for any property further than 10kms from Keilor however this fee is reimbursed if you decide to go ahead with a booking.

When we attend to inspect a property for a quote its not just a flippant price so we can cut corners during the installation.  The installer needs to see the property and assess the best way to run cables and recommend locations for the various devices (whether you're installing an alarm or intercom or CCTV).
Most single storey properties with a tile roof are considered a straight forward installation but
