Ultimately its our aim to provide you with only what you need, and if you want to add frills then that's entirely your right to do so. It's always best to have one of our technicians visit the property in order to assess the requirements in person and discuss options.

Installing a Dahua intercom should be pretty straight forward in most cases however without having a closer look at the property it will make it difficult to work out what is best and what can and cannot work.
Most single storey properties shouldn't be a problem. This of course is a generalization and we recommend having a TNT intercom installer meet you at your property to see what is needed.
If the property happens to be a single storey house with a tile roof, it should be a trouble free installation. Alter that to a tin roof and it gets trickier simpler because you cannot remove the roof to access the space above the door station.
Single Storey - tile roof
With a standard single storey property, the work is often straight forward and provided the property is on level ground and access is possible without any obstructions (or special requirements), then the difficulty is kept to a minimum and so should be the cost. Tiled roof means that we can remove tiles if we need to access the roof area to run the cable, without entering via the man-hole (If there is a man-hole). This could be an advantage but depending on the type of tile, it may be preferable to access via the man-hole in any case.
Single Storey - tin/metal roof
Almost as with single storey with tile roof option, most of the same applies here, however in most cases we will need to access the roof space via the man-hole. If removing the roof sheets is a better option or if access needs to be given via the roof, then additional costs will be necessary to do this properly, safely and to restore its original integrity when the metal is re-installed.
Double/Multi Storey
In most standard multi-level homes it is usually possible to do what's needed from inside the roof and with ladders, however on occasion it may be best to arrange to have an EWP of some kind on site (Elevated work platform) or other safety measures to be taken to minimise the risk of falls and injury.
Double Storey - tile roof
Provided the property is on level ground and access is possible without any obstructions (or special requirements), then the difficulty is kept to a minimum and so should be the cost.
