Our customer feedback has been excellent and encouraging - we are always learning that people have different needs and almost always the installation is unique to any other work we have completed.
Ultimately its our aim to provide you with only what you need, and if you want to add frills then that's entirely your right to do so. Its always best to have one of our technicians visit the property in order to assess the requirements in person and discuss options.

Installing a CCTV system can be tricky and depending on the property and the requirements it can be more complex than a simple DIY job. Its not impossible for someone who is handy with tools and a ladder to install, but judging from the many clients who have been surprised by the effort and time that goes into making sure that the installation is done properly (including minimising changes to the appearance of the property), we believe it is better to hire an experienced installer.

Home Sweet Home...
Home installation is often thought to be the simpler project but it can actually sometimes be more difficult than a commercial project and every installation will vary to some degree from the previous making every installation a unique challenge.
Perhaps that is why there are cameras that suit multiple environments and they work really well in most scenarios. Where something very specific is required we can work with you to determine what will suit best to meet your needs.
Most of the installations we have completed are using standard 6MP or 8MP turret cameras and options vary in that category of camera depending on budget and requirements. Almost all cameras have an APP that can be used on a mobile device to access and manage cameras and set notifications etc.
At the Office or Retail...
As with the residential properties every new commercial installation comes with its own set of challenges and needs to be planned on some level to ensure the environment gets what it needs and what will suit it best.
Things that can make working in a commercial environment challenging can be things like height, position of ladders, access to the roof space or hung ceilings, staff safety and obstacles that require them to be removed or protected in order for the work to be done. Working out of hours to avoid peak activity times can also be something to consider, also with parking within the vicinity of the work being done and relative costs.
If the property is part of a body-corporate or with a shopping complex then permission needs to be granted by those bodies in order for the work to proceed. This may also require us to communicate with management of those bodies to ensure that we follow safety protocols they have and to come to an agreement on the final appearance and location of cameras and devices.

When it comes to larger properties like a warehouse, factory or other industrial properties, we need to make a time to visit the site and see what is required and discuss preferences before we can offer a quote.
